How to Use
Set Password
Open the app and set a 4+ digit password on first launch.
Enable Permissions
Go to Settings and enable Device Admin and Accessibility Service (required for blocking).
Block Apps
Browse the app list, use search to find apps, and toggle switches to block/unblock apps.
Configure Unlock Duration
In Settings, set how long apps stay unlocked after entering password (0-3600 seconds).
Privacy Policy (View Full Policy)
Data Collection
App Locker does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. All passwords and blocked app lists are stored locally on your device using Android's secure SharedPreferences.
Permissions
- Accessibility Service: Required to detect and block app launches.
- Device Admin: Provides additional security features for app locking.
- Query All Packages: Allows listing installed apps for selection.
Data Storage
All data including passwords (hashed) and blocked app lists are stored locally on your device. No data is sent to external servers or third parties.
Third-Party Services
This app does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
